The service
Earnote is a tool that transcribes podcast episodes and generates readable briefs, delivered by email. By using Earnote, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Earnote to process publicly available podcast episodes for personal, research, or professional note-taking purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit content you do not have the right to process.
- Automate submissions to circumvent credit limits or abuse the service.
- Use the service to reproduce or redistribute copyrighted content at scale.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
Credits and payments
Credits are purchased in one-time packs (non-subscription). Credits are tied to your email address and do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Contact hello@earnote.app. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Generated briefs
Briefs are generated summaries of audio content. They are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Earnote does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated briefs.
The brief is delivered to your email. We do not publish, share, or sell your briefs.
Intellectual property
Earnote does not claim ownership of any content you submit or the briefs generated from it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the content you submit.
Availability
Earnote is provided as-is during beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Earnote is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
